Playing Catch Up!!!

WOW!!! It's been a LONG time since I blogged (not counting the last one that was just meant to tie you over).

Ok so just as a warning, this blog entry has LOTS of random events and they are NOT in chronological order. The pictures are grouped by event though. So....just sit back and enjoy!!!
Here we go!

I'm starting off with Bobbi's birthday! march 7 (forever ago!)

We went to Chili's to start the celebration! It was really fun! We had a big group come, so we just had a blast!
In this picture, Bobbi is looking at Dustin, wondering what he got her....
In case you want to know, he got her a super ghetto, chola t-shirt with authentic mexican artwork on it. Hahah..

SO the funny thing about this picture is that it shows the view I had throughout dinner...

And this was KR's view (if you can't see, it's a basketball game on the TV over the bar)

Hahahahha. I'm exaggerating....a little....

Then we went back to her house and had a party! Yay!! Here's the fantastic four! Bobbi's always making silly faces! She's so fun!During the party, Carli taught us all the dance to Soldier Boy! Hahahahah!

Me and Traci at the party!

Me and KR

Ok so one Saturday morning, KR and I went to the World Superpipe Championships, along with two of his friends. It was held in Park City and it was way snowy there still. It was a competition of snowboarders and then later, skiers on the half pipe. It was SOOO awesome!! I liked the skiers a LOT better because they could do cooler things! Oh and for those of you who know who he is, we saw Shawn White! It was pretty darn cool!
This is my favorite shot I got!

Here is an awesome clip!! You're supposed to be watching the guy in the foreground, who's waiting to go

THIS, my friends, is a picture of me with a llama. Yes, this is on campus and I was on my way into class in the MARB (through those doors right behind me) and I just HAD to take a picture with it! Perfect blogging material. Haha. I went to stand next to it and of COURSE it had to start moving around and walking and FREAKED me out. Haha. This was attempt number 2 at the picture... They had the llama to draw attention to themselves. They have this thing called "choose to give" and they wanted people to come to their little booth. It worked!

Traci was in a luau performance! She did soooo great and the whole thing was just awesome!! It made me want to go on vacation SO bad though. Hahah.
Here are just some random shots taken throughout the performance. Traci isn't in these. I videoed hers.

We found Traci after the show! Here she is with Bobbi!
Me and Traci!

The fantastic four....(I love how I keep calling us that now)

Here's the video of Traci's performance!

Here are some other numbers. (I really like the song in the first one)

The other day, when coming out of my apartment, KR says to me "Look, the first signs of spring" and I see these really pretty, and totally tiny flowers!! I love them!! Hooray for spring!!!

Another story: My easter was incomplete because I had no peeps. I was talking about it to KR the other day, and then on Easter, he had these for me! He was so proud of the fact that they were pink too. Haha. I was so happy, and my Easter was complete.

Another day, before Easter, I was over at KR's house and the RS presidency of his ward came over and brought him and his roommates this cake. It's adorable, but boys don't appreciate stuff like this! HA HA! I mean, they love that they can eat it, but luckily I was there to appreciate how cute it was and to take a picture! Oh and I got a bite too, it was super good. I couldn't help but think they girls had something in mind, such as a date or two? Haha. It makes me giggle a little. We girls are too funny...

I got a package from my family!!!! It was So exciting and had lots of yummy treats!! MMMM!

See's candy!!I think my favorite part though was the makeup bag and makeup!! I am seriously obsessed with this bag! I even brought it to school with me today, and I have no idea why. Hahaha. I LOVE it!

I gave a talk on Easter Sunday! OH man! It was scary but I think it went really well. The topic was Easter of course.I went to the Orgill's for Easter dinner and such. It was SO nice!!! It felt like a realy holiday because there was lots of family and friends. Here's a picture of just the BYU students who came, all Ammon's friends.

Ammon said, "Make an Easter pose," and this is what we all came up with.

The little kids hid eggs for the big kids, and we had a blast looking for them. Those are some crazy kids, so they kid them in some crazy places.
Ammon, jumping on the trampoline.
The kids put a potato in one of the eggs....random...but I am definitely not surprised.

This is the "not-married" table... I love Ashby's face sticking up from the bottom.
The day before Easter, Traci and I had to work closing. But before work, we dyed easter eggs!

Oh and Traci gave me this way cute present!! (sidenote: i made all my friends cookies but I have a poor quality oven AND pan, so they came out super hard. haha. But, I tried....)We decided to think about what we could do with an egg....hmmmm.....

We can kiss the eggs for good luck!
Traci can walk like an egg-gyptian!I can shoot a 3-pointer!

Traci can hide them and then find them herself!I can be unable to reach the egg (that I originally put up there)!
Traci can look at two different eggs at the same time!

Hey I've got an idea!!

I can put them on my eyes!
Yes, Traci and I had a blast!!

Then when we dumped the dye down the sink, it looked so super cool!!

A couple of weeks ago, we went to another VolleyBall game. This is me and Bobbi being our usual crazy selves!

Ok so funny story. During warm up, one of the balls went flying super high and went into the middle of this speaker...circle..thingy... Anyway, it got stuck right in the middle! There is a flat spot in the center, and it just stayed in there, it didn't roll off the other side. Right before I took the picture, it was peaking through between two speakers, and then it rolled out of sight. Dang! BUT trust me, it was there. I have several witnesses. But I didn't see it come out at anytime while I was there.... hahahah
Every time we go to a VB game, we always want a giant otter pop. So FINALLY, this time we got one!!! They were super good, but personally I think it was a little too big. You couldn't suck the juice up once the ice was gone, and it was too wide and cut the sides of your mouth AND since it was so big, it took a long time to eat and your fingers were freezing. BUT it was really really tasty!!

I'm gonna try and get a copy of this from someone else's camera, cuz my copy isn't that great. But for now, you have to settle with the blurry one, complete with KR's goatee.

Another funny story: Ok so I think this is from a different VB game, but this guy was sitting right behind us and would totally get on our case if we stood up! It was a school sporting event and he was sitting in the student section and being the biggest debbie downer I have ever met!! We were so peeved by him! We were standing at one point, cuz we just didn't care anymore, and he's like, " Can you sit down?" and I was like, "Everyone else is standing up." and he's like, "I'm not."

Um.....ok........?

DANCESPORT!!! Anyone who is enrolled in a social dance class can compete in DanceSport! So, I am enrolled in Social Ballroom 180 and I signed up to compete!! It was soooooo awesome!!
We were number 683, as you can see. My partner was this kid from my class.

The Dance 180 students compete in the Cha-Cha, the funnest one we learn, so it was so fun!!

Here's a shot from the stands of one heat dancing. Here's a video clip of people dancing the Cha-Cha (I am not dancing, I am videoing)

These are some fun people/friends from my class. We all made it through the first few rounds!
Apparently one of the friends in the picture above grabbed my camera and tried to take a picture of me and my partner dancing.

We made it to the FOURTH round!! I think we were one round away from being in the semi-finals!! It was SOOO COOL! To be honest I didn't think we'd make it past the first round!

This is two of my sisters, who rode their BIKES to the BEACH while on spring BREAK! None of which I am able to do.... Those of you who know me, KNOW how jealous I am....Grrr....But I miss them and they are so cute and I'm glad someone's enjoying the California sun.

Last, but not least, we have me and Carli, eating lunch together this past monday. They had a BBQ for free and it was also a really warm day (we are finally thawing out a little...that is, we were until today, it's so cold again! UGH!)

And that brings us up to date!! Sorry I was so behind!! But like I said, I am having technical difficulties with my computer at home, and so I have to blog from work, and lately, when I am at work, I do homework so.....that's why I got behind. But you should be happy. Tons of you have been giving me a hard time about having too much fun and not getting any school work done. Well I just proved to you that I DO do homework. Hahah..

I love you all and thank you so much for reading!!!

Oh! I missed coloring eggs this year! I'm glad you got to do that, though!
