On Saturday, we decided to hit the streets of Portland to test out my camera!
(well these first few are before we left our apartment. I was just testing out the settings)

Portland really is a neat city! (well some areas)

REALLY odd recycling trash can. On the other side, there was a slot for cans.
My camera has a Smile Sensor and so I set it and then just hold it out and every time we smile, it snaps a picture! It was fun to have our own photo shoot! haha.
The streets in some areas were EMPTY because everyone was at the parade!
It was also Fleet Week and lots of awesome military ships were docked in the River along the Water Front.

Portland has a bunch of blocks randomly placed where they have a bunch of little food huts/carts. Pretty cool but I don't know if I trust eating from them!
After the Rose Parade, we went to the Japanese Gardens!

Oh, and Brian's mom has told me that there have been articles in the Oregonian about how some of those food trucks are really good! You should do some research and find one to try! I bet it's cheap!
